Article 3: PRICES
Selling prices pointed out on the Site are in euro and all taxes included but except expenses of delivery. Possible expenses of delivery are pointed out to the User according to his choices of products and invoiced to him at the end of order in supplement of the price of the chosen products. The society saves right to change prices any time but promises to apply the rates in force which will have been pointed out on the Site at the time of order.

Article 4: PAYMENT
The purchaser must pay off by one of the means offered on the site the entire regulations of his order at the time of the purchase. All orders are payable in Euro whatever is their origin. The purchaser guarantees to the society, during the validation of his order form, that he is in regular situation regarding the transmitter of the direct debit card or the issued check. When the payment is accepted, a ticket of payment is sent by email at address e-mail pointed out by the purchaser. If the payment is refused, the order is cancelled.

Article 5: DELIVERY
Products bought on the Site are delivered in France and international. Order will be delivered to the purchaser at the address which this one will have pointed out during his order. This one can be only in the geographical zone and for the complete weight of the agreed package.
For any orders out of France, expenses of delivery are calculated by zone of delivery. Your order crossed for France will be treated for the delay maximum of 15 opening days and sent by post. For the foreigner, your order will be treated for the delay maximum of 30 opening days and sent by post.

The society chose as delivery: Colissimo Standard for France and international Colissimo for the rest of the world. The society implements everything to respect delivery time mentioned on the Site. The return of products will be able to be accepted only for products in their state of origin, to know notably with their packing and notice of use. Expenses of dispatch are supported by the purchaser.

The society informs that a delay of delivery of 24 h is possible as for the delivery of the order of the purchaser.
